We’re committed to sustainable development by protecting human health, conserving natural resources and safeguarding the global environment. Our vision is to minimise the environmental impact of our activities through pollution prevention and continuous improvement, always balancing environmental performance with our commercial goals.
We have invested significantly in solar power generation, with a 240kW system that produces over 170,000kWh annually – covering around 30% of our energy needs. The remaining 70% is supplied from 100% renewable sources, ensuring our operations run entirely on Net Zero electricity.
The installation of LED lighting across our facilities has reduced energy consumption while delivering high-quality illumination to support our production standards.
We strive to minimise waste, maximise material reuse and ensure over 90% of our waste is recycled, reducing our impact on landfill and resource use.
At GW Martin, quality isn’t just a promise – it’s proven. Our certifications and industry accreditations reflect our ongoing commitment to excellence, precision and reliability in everything we do.
Our environmental performance is managed through our Integrated Management System, certified to ISO 14001:2015, giving structure and accountability to our sustainability efforts.
We continually review and improve our processes to identify new opportunities for reducing environmental impact. From energy use to material management, our focus is on making measurable improvements that benefit both the environment and our customers.
