We operate two of these 4-axis vertical machining centres, each with 1020mm X travel and 600mm Y travel. Equipped with a 10,000rpm spindle, 24 ATC and through-spindle coolant, they deliver precision milling for complex parts with consistency and efficiency.

Equipped with a FANUC 0i TF advanced CNC control and Manual Guide dialog programming, the EMCOTURN E25 offers both ease of use and flexibility, ensuring reliable performance and quick setup times.

The Crysta-Apex S represents the next generation of Mitutoyo’s industry-standard CNC co-ordinate measuring machines. Compact, economical and high-performance, it delivers outstanding accuracy and repeatability for complex component inspection.

With a measuring capacity of X axis 500mm, Y axis 700mm and Z axis 400mm, it is engineered for versatility across a wide range of part sizes. The system is designed to accommodate both touch trigger and contact scanning probe systems, allowing our inspection team to capture precise dimensional data with speed and confidence.

Advanced surface and contour measurement system for detailed component analysis. Provides continuous upper/lower surface measurement, including effective diameter of screw-threads.

21. 1x VICIVISION Shaft Scanner M609 TECHNO

A non-contact optical shaft measurement system delivering fast and highly accurate inspection of turned parts. With a measuring field of 600 x 90mm, a maximum loadable size of 625 x 120mm, and accuracy of up to 1 + D[(mm)/200] micron and 3 + L[(mm)/200] micron, it ensures components meet the tightest tolerances.

The system offers repeatability of 0.3 / 1.2 micron, using four CCD cameras and robotic light guides to capture detailed images of internal geometries.
