Training

The investment in our team begins with our dedicated training programmes which help us to maintain and continually improve our high level of expertise. Within our team we have skilled people at all stages of their career and we continue to invest in training at all levels.

For over 50 years we have been training apprentices, many of whom have continued to develop their careers with us. We pride ourselves in our Apprenticeship Programme which gives young people the opportunity to gain thorough training across our facility. This programme is supported by off-site training through our approved training providers, in particular Southampton Engineering Training Association and Eastleigh College. Apprentices under training currently make up over 10% of our team.
