Our CNC machining capabilities

Our extensive range of efficient cutting-edge CNC equipment positions us to deliver a full precision manufacturing service to our clients at competitive prices and quick lead times.

At our 25,000 square foot factory, our CNC machining capability encompasses multi axis, twin spindle mill-turn machines from Index, Mazak, Miyano and Citizen, multi spindle volume manufacturing and sliding head capability. We also have a range of single spindle turning centres from Hitachi Seiki, Doosan and Hardinge.

Our CNC milling capabilities include Bridgeport machining centres and a new YMT full 4 axis machining center. This is all backed up by the latest EdgeCam CAD CAM programming/modelling system and quick change tooling to maximise efficiency.

Through investment in the latest technology and innovations, we can achieve accurate high-volume production. Easily programmable and intuitive to use, our machines meet demanding industry standards, with the ability to produce precise custom-designed parts tailored to your specifications.
